Our strength classes focus on form & strength. Some moves are bodyweight-only, some use dumbbells, resistance bands and props around the house (think couch workout!!) Our goal is to strengthen your body while teaching you how to master good technique and activate your muscles! Progressions, regressions and alternatives are always provided so no matter what your strength level, you will get a great workout!
