Our great range of low impact classes are here to build up your fitness while avoiding injuries. If you're new to working out, have concerns with joints or injuries or are looking for something a little more low key to care for your body, our low-impact classes are a safe and effective method of exercise. 

 

We also have a great range of stretch & mobility and meditation sessions so you can focus on the mindfulness side of your health as well!

FUNCTIONAL FIT

This Functional Fit class trains your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. Suitable for all ages with progresions & regressions provided.
