Adapting your life- Post COVID-19 Isolation!
We’re almost 2 months into isolation and it's looking like restrictions will start to be lifted in the near future which means we’ll have to adjust to yet another routine. With more free time we’ve had available, a lot of us having been looking at our lives and evaluating what has and hasn’t been working in our lives, we have a better idea of how we want our lives to look.
But how do we transition that into our working lives? How to integrate what we want with what we have to do?
To help you navigate this transition we will be running two discussion groups next week to discuss ideas and tips that we can use to start creating a life we actually want to live. Whether that’s simply having better balance between work and life or even navigating a major life change.
These discussion groups are intended to help give you some direction and strategies that you can use to make the appropriate changes in your life.
In these sessions we will discuss:
What are the current challenges we’re facing?
What changes would we like to make going forward?
How do we realistically make those changes?
When: Wednesday 20th and Thursday 21st May
(We ask that you be available on BOTH dates because we’d like to arrange the groups based on individuals goals.)
