What was your favorite part of the challenge?
The training sessions because they were tailored specifically for my goals, which to me speaks volumes. Oh and the trainers :-) 🏋️♀️ What were some of the most beneficial changes that you made?
I logged all of my food in myfitness pal to help keep me on track, tried to limit alcohol intake (I have a very busy social life!!) I gave 100% at each training session!
What was the biggest obstacle you had and how did you overcome it?
I have a bulge on my L4 and was always hesitant about lifting heavy weights as I didn’t want to make it any worse than it already is, however Michelle gave me a number of mobility exercises to do, so each morning before gym I would get up 15 mins earlier to complete them. By warming up my back it has helped me so much and I can now lift weights that I never thought I’d be able to lift! What are some of the differences you feel now to before the challenge?
I feel really fit! I can start wearing clothes that were too tight for me and my lower back pain has decreased dramatically.
What’s the biggest piece of advice you would give someone else starting the 6 week challenge?
If you want results, then you need to commit yourself to the challenge, eat well and work hard! Seeing my results has been worth all the pain!!
"I wanted to join the Challenge to get myself going again after the holiday season. Not only did I get more toned and saw changes after only a week- I also felt happier and more motivated. I enjoyed all our PT sessions with Nicole- she's awesome and so much fun."
Congratulations Helina! Not only did she achieve some fantastic results and goals from her 6 week Challenge, she also achieved the Runners Up award!
We’d like to give a shout out to our awesome member Tash Nelson who has not only tackled our 4 week challenge during iso, but absolutely smashed her fitness goals since starting the challenge! Here is what Tash has to say about the challenge.

I thoroughly enjoyed the one-one PT sessions with Chloe. I had never done PT sessions before, so this was a new experience that not only challenged me to push harder in workouts, but made me enjoy exercising again. Additionally, the exercises were more effective, because I had someone to observe whether my technique was correct. From little corrections, it helped me push myself, without experiencing any discomfort. It was little things like this that made exercising more enjoyable, which had a positive psychological impact on how I viewed working out.

Due to the pandemic I got to focus and prioritise my health. This challenge was a great quick start to get myself back on track with a healthier lifestyle. The challenge motivated me to make good choices with what I consumed, and helped keep me aware of whether I was active or not during the day. Without this challenge, I can’t help but wonder all the cheeky snacking and lazy days I would have taken part in!

I am quite impressed with my overall fitness levels increasing. My endurance and strength definitely got a lot better. I can know complete more sets of exercises (like push ups, burpees, and squats) compared to the start of the challenge.

I love HIIT workouts! Not only does HIIT improve my cardio, but It’s a total body workout. I love it because you can shake it up with the types of exercises you do (for example, focusing on upper body or lower body). HIIT makes me walk away from the workout like I pushed myself, and will definitely feel the results the next day!
