We have a great variety of live classes each week! These classes are capped at 10 people to ensure our trainers are able to monitor your technique and provide any assistance needed. Complete with music and motivation, these classes are fun while allowing you to push yourself!
Pre-Recorded Online Workouts!
Each week we roll out 5 new online workouts! These workouts cover strength sessions, cardio workouts, low impact options and stretch and mobility classes!
Do these classes anytime and as many times as you like and test how you have improved!
Additional Personalised Services!
1. Personalised Programming-
A personalised workout will be written for you every month and a FitMiss trainer will take you through a full demonstration over Zoom! At no extra cost!
2. Accountability sessions!
