Gym Access

Many women find the free weights area of the gym very intimidating. Well not at FitMiss Health Club! We have a free weights area that you will feel comfortable to workout in. Our trainers will design a weights program that is perfect for you.


We will design a personalised workout program just for you and take you through how to do it! This way, you will get the most out of your training!
