Every 6 weeks you will receive a FREE 1on1 session with one of our friendly trainers to write you up a new, structured and personalised exercise program to keep you on track to achieve your goals!
We are a fully staffed gym which means you can ask for assistance when ever you need! Our friendly trainers are more than happy to help.
