1on1 Training

If you're in need of a more individualised approach, you're new to training, or you're wanting to take your training to the next level- our Personal Training sessions are the perfect option. We will start our session with a Fitness Analysis to see how your body moves, discuss any previous or current injuries and achieve a better understanding of your health and fitness goals. From there we create the best training program to maximise your ability to reach and maintain your goals.​

2on1 Training

Are you interested in Personal Training but you would rather train along side a friend? Semi Private Personal Training gives you the individualised approach but in a small group setting. Join a friend (or 2) and start your training together with one of our passionate Personal Trainers.

We will go over your specific goals and create a program that helps both of you to achieve your health and fitness goals.
