Our group classes are motivating, fun and personalised towards you! Our trainers will ensure your technique is correct and you are getting the most out of your workouts!

Boxing & Kickboxing

This fun fast paced class will have you working up a sweat with boxing drills that will give you a full body workout that will tone your arms, lats, abs and lower body! We use boxing and kickboxing combinations as well as strength and power moves to ensure you get an amazing workout!

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

A total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines high intensity cardio bursts with full-body strength training designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind.

Core and Glutes.

This class is a low impact, strength based class designed to strengthen core and glute muscle groups while improving posture through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen, back and glute muscles and increase flexibility.

Cardio, Butts & Thighs

A high intensity, fast paced class that includes a combination of cardio and lower body toning exercises to get you in the fat burning zones and targeting your butt & thighs.

Strength Circuit

The class is an interval training sequence with strength based exercises using body weight, dumbells, kettlebells and barbells. It focuses on improving muscular strength and endurance designed to sculpt and tone the body.

Stretch & Mobility

Improve muscle imbalances, increase flexibility, and help to improve total body range of motion. Not only is the stretching and mobility class very beneficial to health, but it also increases energy, and is a lot of fun! There are different exercises, movements, and stretches introduced each week.

Total Body.

This class includes a variety of total body conditioning that involves both strength and cardio exercise! We use resistance and cardio training techniques to improve your endurance and help you build strength.

Hybrid

An advanced class combining high intensity cardio training with power strength training! You know you will get a great workout in this class and push yourself to the max!

Strength- Upper Body

A muscle conditioning class targeting shoulders, biceps, triceps, chest and back. Sure to help you tone your arms and upper body and feel the burn.
