Boxing & Kickboxing
This fun fast paced class will have you working up a sweat with boxing drills that will give you a full body workout that will tone your arms, lats, abs and lower body! We use boxing and kickboxing combinations as well as strength and power moves to ensure you get an amazing workout!
Stretch & Mobility
Improve muscle imbalances, increase flexibility, and help to improve total body range of motion. Not only is the stretching and mobility class very beneficial to health, but it also increases energy, and is a lot of fun! There are different exercises, movements, and stretches introduced each week.
