Boxing

This fun fast paced class will have you working up a sweat with boxing drills that will give you a full body workout that will tone your arms, lats, abs and lower body! We use boxing combinations as well as strength and power moves to ensure you get an amazing workout!

Butts & Thighs

This class focuses on toning and strengthening your legs and butt. A combination of strength and toning exercises, expertly designed to target common problem areas to deliver an intense workout that will yield results.

Fitball.

Fit Ball is a ball based training class which challenges your muscles, helping to strengthen the core muscles of your body including abdominals, back, buttocks & thighs. In addition to toning, this workout will result in a stronger core, improved posture and better body alignment.

Cardio Kick.

Combines cardio fat burning exercises with kickboxing. What an awesome combo!

Core Class

This class is designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen and back muscles and increase flexibility.

Cardio, Butts & Thighs.

Includes a combination of cardio exercises to get you in the fat burning zones and exercises to tone that butt & thighs.

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

A total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines high intensity cardio bursts with full-body strength training designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind.

Strength Circuit

The class is an interval training sequence with strength based exercises using body weight, dumbells, kettlebells and barbells. It focuses on improving muscular strength and endurance designed to sculpt and tone the body.

Stretch & Mobility

Improve muscle imbalances, increase flexibility, and help to improve total body range of motion. Not only is the stretching and mobility class very beneficial to health, but it also increases energy, and is a lot of fun! There are different exercises, movements, and stretches introduced each week.

Total Body.

This class is a variety of total body conditioning that involves both strength and cardio exercise! We use resistance and cardio training techniques to improve your endurance and help you build strength.

Upper Body

A muscle conditioning class targeting shoulders, biceps, triceps, chest and back. Sure to help you tone your arms and upper body and feel the burn.
