Our Challenge is designed to help you feel energised, refreshed and recharged for the year ahead! We do that by creating sustainable habits and working on your mindset! 

Through workshops and workbooks, we will educate you on how important your lifestyle is by focusing on exercise, nutrition, sleep, energy levels and habits.


Weight Loss component.

For those of you who have a weight loss goal, our qualified nutritionist Sam will provide a supportive, structured and easy to follow program that will NOT feel like a diet or a burden!

Through personalised nutrition consultations we will provide you with not only a plan but also educate you on how to lose weight so you feel empowered to achieve your goals!
