And to celebrate we are inviting you to join us for a fun day of

FREE classes, tasty treats and celebrations!

At FitMiss Health Club, we specialise in women's health and fitness - we offer a great variety of small group classes, personal training and your own gym workout! Because we know you're a busy women - all our classes have 30 min or 45 min options! And because we realise that not everyone is currently as fit as they'd like to be - we personalise our classes to suit all fitness levels! 

We are keen to meet you and find out more about your health and fitness goals!

Come and celebrate our 1st birthday and give us a try on Saturday 24th February to see what all the fuss is about! We have a bunch of FREE classes for you! Don't feel ready to try a class just yet? Not a problem, pop in and say hello and stay for a FREE mini massage, nibbles and goodie bags!

9:30am Core & Glutes class.

10:30am Strength class.

11:30am Stretch & Mobility class.

Not a gym person? No worries! We are not like your normal gym! We are welcoming, friendly and all about supporting you! Our classes are perfect for all fitness levels as we tailor them according to YOU!
