At FitMiss Malvern, we specialise in women's health and fitness - we offer a great variety of small group classes, personal training and your own gym workout! Because we know you're a busy women - all our classes have 30 min or 45 min options! And because we realise that not everyone is currently as fit as they'd like to be - we personalise our classes to suit all fitness levels!
