FitMiss Health Club specialises in fitness for women of all ages and abilities. If you want to improve your fitness, tone up, increase strength, lose weight, improve your posture, or all of the above, we can help! Our team of dedicated, qualified, female trainers are committed to improving the health, fitness and quality of life for women. No matter whether you’re in your teens or a senior, starting out on your fitness journey or a regular exerciser, we can provide a fitness program to achieve the results you’re looking for.
You can choose from a Circuit Training Session and get through your program in super quick time, Group Training Sessions, Personal Training, Pilates, Yoga, Outdoor Bootcamp, Food Coaching and more.

Many women find the free weights area of the gym very intimidating. Well not at FitMiss Health Club! We have a free weights area that you will feel comfortable to workout in. Our trainers will design a weights program that is perfect for you. You'll be able to incorporate these exercises into your Circuit workout or just come in and do your weights program. The benefits of weight training are enormous.

After having a knee reconstruction at the age of 17 (after a basketball injury!) I was forced to spend 6 months in a gym for rehabilitation. 17 years later and I still haven’t left the gym!
I exercise because I love feeling strong! I love how empowered I feel after a great session! And I love that all those millions of thoughts swimming around my mind are silenced when I’m working out!
Changing careers from Chartered Accountant to Personal Trainer (and business owner) has been one of the most rewarding things I have ever done! The member’s at FitMiss are so welcoming, encouraging and fun! I am so lucky to be a part of this Club and love watching all of our member’s work towards being the best version of themselves!
With a background in nursing and a passion for helping others, being a personal trainer allows me to live my dream by assisting others reach their health and fitness goals. I love FitMiss and it’s positive environment, with such hard working and loyal clients, it really does make such a great community. Outside of the gym I enjoy hanging out with my cat and friends. I also absolutely love to dance!

I was driven to start a career in the fitness industry after overcoming mental health issues using fitness. Getting into fitness taught me not only that I should care for myself but that I’m worth caring for myself. I thought if fitness can make me happy, it can make anyone happy and since then I’ve been driven to help people gain the same (if not greater) level of self-worth and happiness. I believe physical fitness is the foundation for everything in life which lead to an interest in teaching people not only how to get fit but how to move well through mobility and stability training. FitMiss is a great safe environment with a strong community to be a part of. It is truly a space where anyone can open up about anything they're struggling with and find open hearts, compassion and support.
