A small group training session for Guns players who want to expand on their strength and conditioning training by learning how to do some of the main big lifts such as squats, deadlifts, bench press and rows! Increase your strength and help with performance on the footy field!

Dates: Monday 15th, 22nd and 29th May

(Ideally come to all 3 classes! But if you can only make 1 or 2 that's ok too!)

Time: 6:45pm (45 min session)

Cost: FREE for all Guns players

Where: FitMiss Health Club, Malvern studio

Strength training experience: Beginner to medium

Limited to 6 players (to ensure you get the most out of this session!)
